Healing Qigong

Tired of feeling fatigued most days after you finish work? Recovering your energy after a difficult spell? Or, do you feel alright but want to feel great? Then this class is for you. The one day workshop introduces a fun, easy-to-learn energy cultivation method to build your vitality. Healing Qigong has only 10 graceful, easy to remember seated movements, and is distinguished by how quickly it transforms those who practice it regularly. All who are interested are welcome (maximum – 20 students).
